TUTORIAL IN MOTION
Tuesday | 1pm pt
Each month, Tutorial in Motion builds on the tutorial topic by putting you in the client’s body. I’ll lead you through a Reformer and Mat workout so you can feel what’s challenging, understand why it’s difficult, and teach it more effectively.
WEEK 2:
MONTHLY LIVE WORKSHOP
Tuesday | 1pm pt | 2 Hours
Each month we tackle a topic that helps clarify common questions and fill in the gaps left from your certification, so you can teach with more confidence and consistency.
The goal is clarity, not complexity.
WEEK 2:
POWER OF THE PURPOSE
Friday | 10Am pt
Knowing the purposes of the exercises and how to prioritize them for each body is essential to teaching effectively. When you understand the why, you can see more clearly, adapt in real time, and make purposeful choices for the body in front of you.
WEEK 3:
SEE THE BODY, TEACH THE BODY
WEDNESDAY | 10AM pt
You’ll learn to see why a client is struggling with an exercise and how to address it using the entire Pilates System.
This helps remove guesswork and the tendency to rely on unnecessary props.
WEEK 4:
YOUR QUESTIONS: ANSWERED
Tuesday | 1pm pt
This call addresses real issues you’re facing in your teaching right now. We work through them together as a community with clear, direct guidance and cues from me.
