Q: Do I need to be a teacher?
A: Nope!  I created this program for ALL practitioners who have been taking Pilates for at least 1 year.

  
Q:  How long is the program?
A:  12 weeks.

  

Q: What if I can't make it live?

A: When you come live, I can see you and give you personlzied feedback which will greatly benefit you.

However; if you need to miss a class, all live classes will be uploaded into the portal & remain up there for a week.  

 

Q: When are the live classes?

Wednesdays at 9am PST/12pm EST/ 5pm UK

 

Q: How long are the live classes?

Wednesday live classes are full length workouts, approximately 45-50 minutes.
